This visit was a follow up for an ear infection from 2 weeks ago. Check in was extremely quick and easy this time. Only waited a few minutes to be seen. All the personnel were very helpful and courteous. Very good visit.

The new patient intake/registration was horrible. Having to use a touch screen at my age and with my disabilities was very off putting. It kinda makes me think your staff doesn’t want to be bothered with the patients coming to you with a problem. Then to be handed a multi page form with the same information didn’t help. Had my wife not been with me, I probably would have walked out. Fortunately the wait time was not excessive and I’m satisfied with the treatment I received.
