Arrived in TN on vacation and was hit with severe allergy/asthma issues. Didn’t make an appointment ahead of time but was seen within 40 min or so. Patty(?) hooked me up with a steroid shot and was feeling so much better within a couple of hours. Was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation. Staff was super friendly, office was clean.

I was taken care of well. Have patience, they are short staffed like most places, and they are doing their best to get to everyone as quickly as possible!!! (If it’s an dire emergency, please go to ER.). The staff were all kind and efficient. I thank them for the care I received.

I recieved wonderful treatment both medically and professionally.. I truly commend the staff on their hardwork. Times are so hard right now with so much sickness and I was greeted with a smile and compassion.. please understand the staff is doing their best so please be kind.. wait times can be long but patience goes a long way.. just be kind.. thank you so much.. I highly recommend this facility
