Staff was friendly, but that is where the good ends. Small details in cleanliness are missed. Yep those otoscope pieces they stick in your mouth and nose are in filthy crusty glass bowls on the counter, rips in exam tables. (These are things Medicare & Joint Commission would shut entire companies down, not just single locations.) So Lord only knows what you are leaving with. I have been here several times over the years. Some have been great some have been crappy. The latest issue has to do with them not calling in my child’s prescription. I wasted 2 trips to the pharmacy and still don’t have a prescription. I have been trying to call fast pace all day and get no response at all. Meanwhile my child is home sick and STILL HAS NO MEDICATION very very saddened by the service at this location with the past 3 times I have been there. I DO NOT recomment! Very upset that they call themselves an urgent care facility, but filed a claim to my insurance as a "hospital" to get more money. In turn, I am charged by my insurance a larger sum since they are being told it was for a hospital visit. Shame on you Fast Pace! And to think...it was for basic pink eye. stay away from these place ....my daughter went for a single appointment they charge her 75.. they prescribed the wrong medicine and now she get another 80 plus bill ...plus they charge 650 to her insurance....i going to call her insurance this week cause this have to be a scam....they don't care about your health only your money

I've been here myself with a severe sinus infection. they said it was viral.. had to go to my PCP. I thought it was a fluke. took my son monday, severe sinus junk, strep.. the doc didnt sab him, didnt look at him at all , just said.. virus.. we went to another place 5 days later , hes even sicker... sinus infection ( what I thought) AND strep. terrible service! We were the second at the door and 1hour and 45 minutes later we are still waiting. It should've been called wait half your day away care. We haven't even been taken to a room yet.
