today I walked into your clinic in Shelbyville with shortness of breath. I work as a vet tech. I knew my oxygen saturation already when i left work was 97% =non-emergent. I was greeted (after i said i have shortness of breath) with a laugh and "wanna go to the er?" And then very rudely told that this was not the place that i needed to be. I called Fast Pace shortly before closing one day to see how long they took patients prior to close. They told me if I got there before they locked the doors they would see me. I got in before this and they still refused to see me. What is the point of being open until a certain time if you don't actually see patients? Fortunately, Tennova Urgent Care takes patients until they close and they were wonderful and treated me like family and got me taken care of. Do not go here. Waited an hour to go back, 30 mins in the room for the doctor to come in and spend not even 10 mins with me to tell me that she doesn’t know what’s wrong with me. I went into the clinic because I didn’t know what was wrong, not because i wanted to hear a doctor say that she didn’t know. So she prescribed multiple things and told me to try them. This place is horribly slow...waited over 3 hours just to get called back and see the doctor and another hour of waiting in the back room. I have NEVER waited this long at any clinic or doctors office in my entire life. Don't waste your time, unless you have unlimited time to waste.
