1st of all they could start by returning your calls when you call in. Next they can call in the prescriptions that they said they were gonna call in as per Wendy Simkin the nurse practitioner on duty at that time. I have been going there for some time with great results but here recently the place has really went down.
was only in the room maybe ,2 minutes and not very nice at all !! did not help at all. not a good place to go

We were the first ones though the door and they took 4 people ahead of us we both was positive for Covid would not give us any medicine. Waited 3 hours to be seen all for nothing. We would not recommend this place

tried calling for 3 weeks...no one ever answered or returned calls.....they didn't call in the meds they said they were going to. still no answer or return call...went there again still didnt Call them in. had to return there to be seen ..had an appointment at 9:30 and wasn't seen till 1:30....someone's always at desk but can't answer phones

I tried to get in for an appointment because my ear ruptured, the receptionist told me it would be a 4 hour wait ( I understand, it's a pandemic) I told her I would try another time because I was in alot of pain, she literally laughed and clapped her hands because I was leaving. Very rude and unprofessional!

Friends have waited hours to be seen (even though they had an appt.) and the receptionist literally laughed at them when they told her they had a 6 month old in the car and needed to get in for the appointment. You need to fire her.

After 2 hours waiting to be seen, the Dr Abigayle Colon seem to not understand how to check on a 2 year old. She sends me home with a prescription for cough meds and tells me if he gets worse to call and they will send in antibiotics. So 2 days later I have to call 15 (literally) times to get through to anyone. They tell me it will be sent right away. Get to the pharmacy and they never called it in after 4 hours. Reducing your staffs pay during a pandemic is disgusting. Shame on you. How you treat your employees shows your core values. They should all be searching for better employment.
A locals (not mine) experience Since Fast Pace deletes all of their negative reviews, I will write one on my wall. I went to Fast Pace in Somerset, KY on Wednesday to have my son’s foot looked at. They acted like I was over exaggerating and that my 12 month old wasn’t in any kind of pain. They told me they would do x-rays “if that made me feel better” and I was told that nothing was wrong. Come to find out, my son has a subacute tibial fracture, which has required a temporary splint, and a trip to UK hospital. I feel that ... read more
