The online registration doesn't work. I tried over a few days, so either fix that or don't offer it. I didn't wait long and that was nice. The NP was not very friendly and didn't answer all my questions or concerns. But i got the antibiotics i needed.
Visit was quick, very friendly, would recommend
I took my child there for a sports physical. Check in process was smooth and easy. Everything was super clean and well maintained! Very please with the staff and facility!
My experience with other urgent care clinics have been that the staff is rude and they just don’t care that you are sick. The front desk coordinator at FastPace was extremely kind and caring. The BEST! Kevin provided excellent and quick care. I do not want to be sick again, but I will definitely return upon needing care.
This was the best urgent care experience! The staff was wonderful and welcoming and very helpful! Dr. Kevin was attentive and Knowledgable! The whole experience was fast and beneficial! The office was extremely clean! I would definitely recommend this office 10/10!
The stuff was absolutely incredible. Extremely kind and knowledgeable. However, I needed stitches and am allergic to latex. They was not supplied with sterile latex free gloves which caused me to have to be glued instead of the stitches I needed. The PA called three other locations to which no one was supplied the appropriate medical supplies. This is NO blame to the PA or other workers of the facility and lands on cooperate!
Unorganized, I received no diagnosis, left to wait while in severe pain.

Keep getting diagnosed with same and I. Eed more stronger medication or other therapy
Test results not accurate. They told me my son was fine . I took him somewhere else for second opinion and he has the flu and ear infection Chapman hwy Nolan McCourt
