The front staff was friendly and helpful. The wait was not very long to be seen and the X-ray tech, nurse and provider were great.

Well I wasn’t to happy with the nurse practitioner that seen me. She just wanted to scold me for not going to see a ENT yet. But really I have tried to get in to see one and it’s going to be over a month to get in. You know I don’t like to give bad reviews but I am this time because I don’t think I was treated fairly. I came in with the attentions of getting some medicine so I could get well but I got scolded for not making an appointment to see a specialist. I am a very nice friendly person and I just don’t really know what... read more

Took my money and did nothing. In fact told me to drive myself to the ER. I was having chest pains in my shoulders that is consistent with female heart attacks. She said she could not touch me. Have my husband drive me to the ER. What was he going to do pull the car over and do C P R that he knows nothing about! You should give me my money back!
I came in with chest congestion. Not unusual for me. I have asthma. I got a shot and was instructed to come back and get rechecked on Saturday. I came back and got a chest X-ray today, no pneumonia, but my lungs were enflamed. No more medicine and if I didn’t get to feeling better to come back. I don’t think I will ever be coming back. However everyone was very nice.
The nurse practitioner would not listen to my concerns. I know what my body feels like when I am sick. I very rarely get sick and when I do I know what my symptoms are. I told her numerous times my ears hurt badly and she quickly looked at them and said oh they look good. Needless to say that was last night and when I asked if I had to come back the next morning if I would have to pay another co pay because it would be less than 24 hour she said yes. Needless to say I went to another clinic today and I have a double ear infe... read more
The doctor didn’t even exam me and from listening to two sentences (and not knowing any of my history or asking about it), determined it was soft tissue and stress fracture is highly unlikely in someone my age (which is not true—I know several who have had it including my husband). He said I just needed to rest for a couple days; I said I’ve been resting it completely for 2 weeks and it’s not any better, and he said, “I mean a few weeks”. They did take X-rays after I expressed that I wanted that, and they said they’d call ... read more

The doctor barely looked in my ears and throat, just like a glimpse, and that was it and she did not give me nothing but some cough syrup from over-the-counter and I told her I had sinus pressure on my forehead and my face, but she said that was just information not infection
Was told at previous appointment that I needed this appointment to make Fast Pace my primary care provider and would then have physical at an already scheduled time. No one seemed to know why I was there. Felt like I just threw $45 away.
The male nurse was super helpful and very polite. I do not remember his name but he had an amazing tattoo on his left arm. The doctor or NP (whatever she was I don’t remember her name) that I saw acted like she was scared to even exam me or touch me. She had no bedside manner at all. She stated that she was not use to the Springfield clinic but that should not affect the treatment and care of patients at all.
