They try to charge you $100 for not keeping a card on file. NOT EVERYONE USES CARDS!
they make u wait for in hour to get called back there. im not coming back here again. so i dont recommend anyone to come to fast pace bc they take forever to get u back there
Normally yes, but our wait was over an hour and a half after our reserved time and we arrived early.

They offer a good service but entirely too expensive for the treatment received. What is normally $80-$125 at a normal doctor they charge $250+. This breaks down to about $1,000+ per hour - totally ridiculous in my opinion.

To better train their staff when it comes to when they charge a co-pay and when not to. Sometimes the insurance pays 100%, but their lust for money overrides the idea of good customer service.

I went to the Tullahoma location on Tuesday and they tested me for covid and told me I tested negative. I asked them what we needed to do and she said it probably is a sinus infection but I am going to do another covid test and send it off to make sure and she couldn't give me steroids to fight the sinus infection until the results come back. They'd be great if they'd ever answer the phone. I've called multiples times over the past 2 days to find out test results and left messages. Still no answer and no call back.

Took my wife to get an x-ray. Took an hour to get back to see anyone(understood that part because they were kind of busy). We paid 135.00 for them to tell us they could not do the X-ray because it wouldn’t show anything and they referred us to another Fastpace, not a specialist just another fastpace(in Manchester TN, they were great).
