The doctor I saw at the Morristown location was wonderful. I initially left a great review, until I received my bill. My insurance was charged $1,300. I didn’t receive an itemized statement, so I assumed this was a mistake. I called the billing department and was placed on hold. While I was on hold, I found out about a $99 self pay option. I made the mistake of taking my son here after he was complaining of a sore throat, coughing and had a fever which kept him out of school. I should’ve just taken him to my usual dr but my dr does finger sticks which he hates so brought him here. They’ve been fast in the past but not this go round. We waited for over an hour in the waiting room just so he could be seen and get a throat swab that had to be sent off to find out if his infection is viral or bacterial. Went in tonight complaining of being dizzy and nauseas. I sat in the waiting room an hour before sitting in the exam room for 2 hours. Finally a nurse stuck her head in and asked if I’d been seen, I said no. She then looked me up and I heard her say I wasn’t in the computer anymore . Then the doctor comes in after another 30 minutes, she checked me out and decided she didn’t know what I had. Took my 7 month old grandson in because he had a bad cough and was wheezing. They said nothing was wrong with him but allergies. They didn't do any xrays or anything. Took him to the ER this morning and he was literally there ALL day. Had to have 4 breathing treatments, a shot of steroids. Found out he has Bronchial pneumonia. Did not have a good experience at this place.
