RUDEE front desk receptionist!! Brought my kids in there on a Tuesday was tested for everything except RSV, was told everything was negative. Came back on Monday because my toddler is still sick with the same symptoms. Waited in the waiting room for an hour and 4 minutes with nobody else being at the clinic but us. Very nice and thorough. Will definitely be back if needed. The whole process was smooth and fast from checking in to seeing the doctor. I would highly recommend.
Very polite and pleasant staff. Easy sign-in process for walk-ins. Exceedingly short wait time compared to any nearby ER. Great location - it's not much of anything in the area &if you live there the nearest ER or minor emergency facility is about 20 min away. The NP that was there the day I went - can't recall her name- was amazing & efficient. So glad it's there!
This clinic is amazing, staff are extremely helpful. My family and I go here and its by far the best experience we have received. 👏 👏 👏 The doctors are very patient with my children and I love the fact they do not rush you and really listen to what you're saying.
