Woodbury Tn, FastPace is always awesome. Friendly and as soon as I pulled up no one was in the waiting room and I had just booked as soon as I pulled up in the parking lot, and did confirmation through my phone in no time within 7 minutes. I walked in spoke to the receptionist and she was awesome. April was my nurse and Samantha Bowers was my nurse practitioner. Everyone was absolutely wonderful! Everyone listened to me, made me feel calm and heard, and went the extra mile to make the visit as wonderful as possible! I could not think of a single thing they could improve on! They are absolutely my first choice for urgent care needs! They are some of the nicest health care providers I have come across and it is very much appreciated!
Fast, clean facility and staff are very professional. I came here for my drug screen required for school. The online checked in and wait time information was very helpful. Would recommend.
I went in without an appointment, the receptionist was WONDERFUL! She reassured me of getting in to see a doctor, filled out my form, and calmed me through it all. Additionally appreciative of the outstanding doctor who really took time to listen to my concerns, answer questions and provided advice. She quickly called in to the pharmacy before they closed. I thank these two angels!!!
They were very good and attentive. Fixed me up. Great service, not a very long wait time.
