Front desk could use 2 check in reps during peak hours. Also, when PTS have multiple (small)elementary children with them they should be taken to a room in the back for holding until can be seen. This ordeal yesterday made for an unpleasant wait in the main lobby. Not to mention the noise level was almost intolerable along with their behavior. Not good for business.
Still trying to get an MRI scheduled with the hospital over a week later. Fast pace will not schedule it, tell me to, and the hospital will not schedule this with the patient. I think we are going to have to start the month long process with a new ortho doctor at this point.

This was a follow-up from getting a shot in my knee 6 weeks prior. I highly recommend Whitney and Fast Pace Ortho! Whitney is very competent, knowledgeable, and personable.
