My little girl is 4 and had trouble with her right eyes, I knew she had pink eye and we had to be seen asap! Fast pace in Scott county (Oneida Tn) was amazing! There is a new Nurse Practitioner there and she is the sweetest, very friendly, happy to be there, spent time with us and listened when my 4 year told her what was hurting and listened to how she was feeling. Everyone was friendly. I was in and out pretty quickly and got what I came for. Couldn't be happier! I first gave my visit 5 stars. Then after I wrote this review, I received an unexpected bill. Nothing was mentioned in the office that I would owe more money. Not once. I received a bill of $200 plus the $60 I paid up front. I had no shots or tests. No blood work. It was a simple spider bite. I was highly dissatisfied with my last experience. I went because I was feeling awful. I was tested for Flu and strep. Before my test results showed I was looked over very quickly. Told I was just gonna be treated for strep and walked out of the room. Didn't even give me a chance to talk or ask anything. I wanted a shot to get some relief because I was miserable. I was up all night last night with no relief.
I will not be going back. They do not know anything in cardiology but yet they are allowed to do test for cardiology. I went to get an X-ray on my shoulder because it had been giving me pain, they also ended up doing an ekg on me as well. I told them I had recently had heart surgery and it’s only be 4 months in my recovery so my heart is one, not fully recovered and two, is going to have a different rhythm and a different reading on a ekg. When you go to the dr and all they do is check your vitals and shrug and tell you that if it gets worse just go to the ER, then they shouldn’t even be in business!! They stood in the hall and talked and laughed instead of doing their job taking care of patients.
