I couldn't be more pleased with my technicians Phillip and Austin. Both very pleasant, courteous and hard working. Impressive to see such young professional 'kids' (20-27) working so hard. They restored my faith in today's youth. They worked for over 4 hours during the 'heat advisory' taking them close to 10pm. They went over everything and were not in any rush even after what must have been a 15? hour day. Impressive. Thank you both and keep up the great work!

First time working with this company. Great customer service! RJ, the technician that came to diagnosis my AC issue was very informative. He kept me updated through out the entire process. Also, I appreciate how mindful he was while in my home. He wore shoes covering inside and remembered to put them back on after working on our outdoor unit. I have a little one that’s crawling so it’s nice to not have to ask to wear shoes covering. I recommend 100% !

We had a faulty AC unit that went out during the hottest part of the year. With my pregnant wife and our two-year-old at home, we were desperate to find a quick solution. Fast Response came out immediately and had a new unit installed within just a few hours - their efficiency was incredible. Great service! Philip came out and fixed our furnace with such positive energy this morning. He was very impressive, quickly figured out the problem and fixed the part without any issues. We are beyond grateful for Philip and the whole Fast Response Team for coming out quickly and giving us a peace of mind! We will definitely use them again for any future problems!

I was very happy with the service that I received. I believe the tech's name was Roy Dunigan and he did an excellent job. Due to an issue I wasn't able to be home and I talked to him and once he understood everything was outside he said he would work on the unit and I didn't have to be there. Within less than a half hour he was calling me to let me know that my Air was back and operating. He explained the simple fix and I am so appreciative of how he took care of me.
