I brought a friend here today and witnessed the process. Amazing customer service experience. Kevin was so helpful and speedy. Centrally located and worth the cost.
In and out in under 20 minutes! Kevin was absolutely awesome! He was so fast getting me in and out that I had to LITERALLY go back in to ask his name again because I couldn't remember it. Lol Friendly! Courteous! Professional! Personable! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend 👌 Well done Kevin! 👏
Update: The lab had an issue with the sample and we had to drive 3 hours round trip again. Kevin was efficient, professional, and friendly. Kevin was also kid friendly. Fastest Labs was able to quickly provide legal DNA paternity. The office was nice and cool on a very hot day. I recommend Fastest Labs for commercial or private use.
Very clean and comfortable environment. The whole process was quick and thorough. My mind was eased at the instant friendly interaction making my anxiousness fade because I felt welcome. I had a dna test done and it went smoother than I had anticipated. Great service!!
