This was my first trip to FastMed. My daughter and grandchildren have been there before. This is the best place to go. They were so very nice. So attentive. Could not ask for a better nurse or pa. They did what needed to be done. If I have to go to urgent care again this is the one!
I was seen very quickly. Jay was very nice and very informative. He got me my prescriptions right away. Receptionist was very helpful got all my info quickly. Forgot my insurance card but she looked everything up for me. The Dr forgot my work note but receptionist got me one. They were both so kind which really helps when you don't feel well. Thank you both so much.
Convenient online appointment, clean office, incompetent staff. Repeatedly told my insurance was invalid. I stepped off to the waiting room, logged into my provider to make sure nothing changed (it had not). After which I asked could she please try again and (with more attitude this time) I was told "your insurance expired today and it's $199". So I use this place for a physical! But I had to go due to being sick. I will go back to this place if I ever need assistance fast!. I went first thing in the morning and was seen fast! I absolutely hate going to doctors, but Jay was extremely kind and patient with me. He listens to what patients have to say!!. I would recommend! Also they run all insurances!. That was nice!
This location is okay. Depending on your provider. If you get the bald guy you are good. The other guy seems to not like treating patients regularly. But sometimes, people cannot help it. The bald guy was great when we came in and my sons ear was ripped open. He got us an appointment at ear nose and throat right away and bandaged my son's ear for the ride.
