New spot when coming to Fort Lauderdale for sure. Tried the St.Louis ribs and Jerk chicken plates with their Mac n cheese, fries and potato salad. The meat was so tasty, perfect crunch and tender. Mac and cheese was beautifullllll. Their sauces are incredible, a favorite was the hickory! Aside from the food the team welcomes you so nicely and were so attentive. Music was a vibe too. Thank you guys!
I'm glad I paid this place a visit. I just arrived to Fort Lauderdale with the family, and we were so hungry. We went to the restaurant and were helped by this nice lady that I forgot to ask her name. The food and atmosphere were great. The portion was so big, we had to take the rest of the meal to go. We will definitely come back the next time we're in town.
It should be 5's across the board but I don't gives 5's because when I do I get disappointed. The chicken was moist and seasoned perfectly but the candid yams were perfect. IMO south Florida doesn't have consistent barbacue places but who cares we have fatboyz. Thanks for being in Fort Lauderdale and I'll see you soon.
This BBQ chain restaurant is phenomenal. The food is exquisite. Good ole fashion BBQ. Prices are a bit steep and parking is a bit limited, but trust me, none of that will even matter once you take a bite of their delicious and tender ribs or chicken. The sides they offer are the perfect compliment to complete your meal too. They have collard greens, yams, macaroni, baked beans, and more..I'm definitely making another visit soon!
