The food tasted fantastic. The ribs didn’t have a lot of meat on them, however. The chicken was great. The portions seemed small for the price, but I guess that is normal for Fort Lauderdale these days?? Still, for $28.00 for lunch without a drink I left hungry thinking I could order all that again and easily eat it and I am not a big eater. I liked the four different sauces… very good. Thee best bar b que restaurant hands down! The owners are amazing! The ambience is so cozy and down home! I knew the food was going to be delicious because as soon as we walked in it smelled amazing! Ribs falling off the bone. Potato is 10 out of 10 and the baked beans 10/10!!! My go to spot for now on!
OMG. While I admit I haven't looked for really good barbecue, I haven't been very impressed here in south florida. This place though is legit delicious! We had 2x 2 meat plates to try Brisket, Pulled Pork, St Luis Ribs, and Jerk Chicken with Garlic Bread, Baked Beans, Candied Yams, Collard Greens, and Cornbread as sides. Overall great bbq spot. Atmosphere and staff are very welcoming. The food is great. I had their brisket a couple times and to me its the best around the area. They have plenty of meat and side options as well.
