I was completely satisfied with the customer service and the installers who came to install 3 rooms of carpeting for me. They were neat and did a great clean up job I highly recommend Father & Sons Carpet and Tile - They did laminate for me 3 years ago and I am very pleased
Purchased 2 bedroom of carpet. Salesman Tom wad great at explaining the easy cleaning of the pet friendly carpet. Price was reasonable. Installation was quick, furniture moved and replaced and all cleaned up. Definitely recommend. Good job all around!!
I can't comment on their quality of work. I called for a carpet repair and talked with Donald Brown. He said he would call to schedule the repair. I never heard back from him. I guess the job was too small. Needless to say that I won't be calling them next year when I replace my carpet.

Mr. Cockill, When you contacted Father & Sons you were told that none of our installers were available in the time frame you were looking for. You were given a name and number for a person that does carpet repair work on the side. At that point Father & Sons is not scheduling the repair or supervising the repair.
