Like most people....I don't relish the thought of going to the dentist. However, everyone at Faye is friendly and helpful and actually make the experience pleasant. The doctor shows you on a screen exactly what he is looking at and explains all the options in detail.
Had a good experience, the staff was nice and did a great job. Was also really good at notifying me when new opening came available.
My Hygienist ... Jennifer ... did a really good job cleaning my teeth. I felt that because she used both the hand instruments and the cavatron ... together that made the difference in getting my teeth really clean! Dr. Fay was very personable and explained things well. He listened to me and my concerns and gave me sound advise on how to proceed with the health of my teeth & gums. Both made me feel comfortable being there. I have been with Fay Dental for several years and highly recommend them. We have retired and moved up north but still drive to Green Bay for appointments and have no intention of leaving Fay Dental.
Feel like everyone is family. So friendly, not to mention everyone does great work.
Andrea is personable and friendly. She is genuinely concerned for her patients satisfaction. She is always worried about your pain level and if you are comfortable. I appreciated that she was willing to wait a few minutes while I attempted to get to my appointment.
About a two minute wait and a greeting. Dr Fay and all the staff always create a friendly, casual yet professional atmosphere. Been a patient for over five years and have never had a bad experience.
