As always, excellent and friendly service. Fabulous staff and quick (mostly) painless procedure :) Plus, the ladies at the front desk are great babysitters :)
I have always been very happy with the dental atmosphere that Dr. Fay has created. Dental technicians and staff all know their stuff and do it well. Lets not leave Dr. Fay out. He is the kind of "dentist of choice" that you would want to go to.
Everyone is extremely knowledgeable within their practice, and great to work with, especially if there are any issues.
I had to reschedule my appt., so I saw a different hygienist than usual. Jennifer was pleasant, efficient and appeared to be very thorough, as is Andrea. All staff members are pleasant, professional and treat each other with mutual respect. There is a consistency of staff which says a lot about their employer and working conditions.The office/reception area is clean and inviting, as are the treatment cubicles. Was treated with great professional ism on my appointment. Stephanie answered all my questions during my appointment with great clarity. She also answered and explained all concerns I had of keeping my teeth in the best condition and health possible. Dr. Fay also answered all questions with great clarity and explained how my appointments and treatments had improved my overall oral heLth.
The best place I have ever been to. By far the most comfortable cleaning ever!!!! Would highly recommend to anyone
