I love that they are efficient but also friendly. I feel like I can trust that Dr. Fay and everyone is really looking out for my best interest.

Everything was done well and great attention to detail. The dental assistant was very friendly, but somewhat insensitive to the discomfort I was experiencing. It might be difficult for a person who doesn't experience pain due to sensitive teeth to understand how frustrating it is when a technician keeps using the cleaning equipment in a way that continues to trigger pain and discomfort.
