My first experience at Fayetteville Smiles was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and treated with patience and kindness. The staff took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. During my visit, I had X-rays taken, met the dentist, and received a teeth cleaning. My first visit at this practice today. I arrived 20 minutes early for the first appointment of the day and they took me in early and got started right away. Bright, clean, calm, comfortable atmosphere with good music and friendly staff. Will be back in 6 months for my next cleaning. Definitely recommend.

I had a great experience here! Everyone was so welcoming and kind during both my first and second visits. I have some jaw pain, and they were very gentle and understanding, which I really appreciated. I also received a much better quote here, and I’m so happy I decided to come in for a second opinion. I definitely feel good about choosing this place! One small tip: it was a little chilly inside, so you may want to bring a sweater. 😊

I was charged and paid over $450 for a deep root clean that wasn’t performed, I didn’t even get a complete routine clean. It was 20 minutes to scrape my teeth and then not even a polish. After I asked why no deep clean and was told I did. The office manager wouldn’t take my call the next day. She instructed one of the secretaries to say it was in fact a deep root clean. I brought my son here for the first time on May 26, 2026, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, which made us feel welcome right away. I was also very impressed by the cleanliness of the office, which added to the overall positive atmosphere.
