Fantastic office! Best dentist I've ever been to. SCAM! The rude hygienist Kimber picked at my gums for 10 minutes for my “cleaning” and that was it. Left me all bloody. No flossing, polishing, or even a rinse! They also told me I needed dental work that when I got a second option, didn’t need. I got up and walked out of that horror house! Kimber also wanted to charge me $90 for her 10 minutes of pain. Fayetteville Smile Dentist is the best. And all are awesome dentist! Very thorough , caring and especially gentle. I had an awesome experience there today. The staff is great , friendly and welcoming. The office is meticulous as one would expect. I would highly recommend this Dentist and her staff for your dental needs👌👍🏻
Went in for a cleaning, they only scrapped with the pick and did not floss or buff. I was charged $90 on top of my insurance coverage. Hygienist told me my teeth are going to fall out, yet the dentist said I was good to go, as well as the 100 previous cleanings I've had elsewhere. Seems like an insurance scam to me.
Not sure how they have so many fake five star reviews, or where their accurate one star ones have gone, but this office is a disgrace. The staff are pushy and unprofessional, you will be told you need far more work than you actually need, and the work will be done carelessly. I was left in months of pain, Dr. Richter is incompetent and repeatedly failed to inject me in the correct areas to successfully perform an adequate pain block.
