FCCI rates up there with most insurance companies. Rates continue to go up 20 to 30 % a year. We pay more for monthly vehicle insurance premiums than we do in actual van payments. We've never had a claim and no break in rates. The term deny, defend, and depose is the moto for FCCI.
Treating my friend terrible about his car Ladies will hang up on him which he was more than respectful ! They won’t do there job and just give you the run around with your vehicle
Stay away from this company. I emailed to request loss run reports, and was first told it might take up to 10 days. Called again, and was told it might take up to 10-12 business days. Wondered if it will change again next time. I’m about to cancel all my policies with this company.
Absolutely terrible, FCCI Insurance is exactly what an insurance company shouldn't be. Get ready to be treated like absolute garbage, They don't care what you're situation is or what concerns you have. They don't even have the decency to treat you like a human being. I have been beat down financially and mentally.
