Very poor service. Was with them for two years insuring over 50 vehicles and of course had multiple "claim" interactions with them. Not a single claim was processed in a timely manner. It takes multiple calls, multiple emails to get any progress on any aspect of your business with them. I have been in business for 41 years and FCCI provided the poorest service I have experienced to date.

Their driver totaled my car i was in a rental for a couple of weeks then had to give the rental back before they even paid me what I was owed for my vehicle now I have no car at all no way of getting back and forth to work and the accident wasn't my fault. Still waiting on my money.

Got a case going on right now with them, Takes an act of congress to get a check, and a response, or call back. Been 32 days since I’ve been hurt and they’ve only authorized one of my appointments.

FCCI rates up there with most insurance companies. Rates continue to go up 20 to 30 % a year. We pay more for monthly vehicle insurance premiums than we do in actual van payments. We've never had a claim and no break in rates. The term deny, defend, and depose is the moto for FCCI.

Treating my friend terrible about his car Ladies will hang up on him which he was more than respectful ! They won’t do there job and just give you the run around with your vehicle
