I am in full agreement with the reviews I have seen. Horrible and lack of organization in contract or responsibility for something it was easy to see their fault. I would strongly advise getting an attorney to handle and not try doing so the nice way. I was talked to like a piece of dirt by a "Mr. Alonso" and he is just one of the rude group. I had to put 1 star to post or I would have done a negative.

Absolutely a horrible insurance company. Someone under their insurance had hit me and they were listed as at fault. The insurance company keeps refusing to answer my calls, texts, or even give me any sort of update about what they would do about my now undrivable car. It’s now almost been 2 months since the accident. I had to call them MULTIPLE times to even come take a look at my UNDRIVEABLE car. Such a horrible experience if you are in financial dire straights - don’t expect to them to care about you as a human being. I have justly disputed being included on indemnity documents related to a construction matter and am currently defending myself in court. My experience with the process has been extremely stressful and frustrating and I’ve had to spend money on lawyers over my kids. And they harassed my neighbors - I could go on and on to the worst experience of my life. RUN don’t walk.

Your insured hit my car. Lied to the adjuster on recorded statement. Your adjuster sided with your insured. Denied my repairs. When I told the adjuster I had video evidence that your insured was in fact at fault and lied on recorded statement. I got a voicemail back saying they didn’t care, they won’t reopen the claim, and my insurance can submit subrogation but they will still deny it. What ?!?! Worst experience ever. If you ever have to deal with FCCI, good luck. I’ve contacted an attorney and will now likely go to litigation with them. Sad that it has to come to this just because you can’t give me a fair settlement.
