This place was given by one of my friend and we really liked this for designer furniture products. Best service and show room is good as well, so that you can explore things before ordering it. Prices seems little higher but quality of products are best. They provide the best brands. Its been 4-5 years, we have their furnitures and we are still really happy. Highly recommended to visit the place and consider their products for your home.
During the appointment, we have been assisted properly, the guys helped us in our choice and went through the Pc for our furniture recommendation. However, we have been told we should have received a quote that has never arrived. We’re still waiting to receive the price for the piece we asked, obviously we’re not interested any longer as we have found the furniture we were looking for, even higher standard comparing FCI with a better customer experience. Beautiful showroom - completely unexpected as it looks a bit shabby from the outside! Lovely people and lots of wardrobes and sofas to select from (which is what we were after). Not a budget store but you can certainly see the quality. very happy with our sofa purchase. Thank you very much.
Superb service all round from FCI London! From the initial meeting with Cristina at the FCI London showroom the service I received was fantastic. I was shown appropriate items for my needs as well as given great help with how and where I could place them within my property. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought five mirrors and unfortunately one arrived damaged. Asking how to return it, after their ridiculous offer, still awaiting their reply since last September 2023. Do you think they need more time?
