I am glad he is my doctor. He has been nothing but excellent and caring to myself and my wife. He has listened to everything I have questioned him about and answered all of them. Very happy and will recommend him to all I know
Dr. Lu is a very considerate man. He is very thorough and very professional in his practice. His nurses and NP are very thorough with their testing. All are very polite.
YA NOOOO!! I am so very very upset. I waited for the doctor for an hour and 45 minutes like are you serious!! When I have an appointment at a certain time I expect to see the doctor within 10 to 15 minutes the latest. If we had to be there on time and we can't be 5 minutes late to our appointment then they should have the same rules as well. Point blank!! Went in for a cardiology appointment i felt very rushed. Dr lu kept trying to run out the door after being in there for only a couple minutes and kept talking over me when i had questions that makes me think he's definitely not listening. Sadly i don't think he read any of charts of mine because he was unaware of some very common things. Each time i have met in person i was recommended some sort of procedure without him letting me explain whats going on. Hopefully he takes more time to listen to future patients thank you-
