Love our new door. The installer Alex was extremely efficient and he had our new door installed within a couple hours. The price was much cheaper than any other company that sell the Provia doors. I highly recommend Feldco.
Jackson was prompt and courteous! He arrived on time, was respectful of my time. Neither he nor Feldco made any unreasonable demands as precondition to setting the sales appointment. I didn't, for example have to agree to set aside 90 minutes to hear the sales pitch or agree to have my spouse present. After introducing himself, Jackson and I quickly agreed on the work to be done, the product that would meet the need and successfully settled on a reasonable price. Win/Win!
We just purchased our new front door from Feldco. Our sales person Zach was so helpful and knowledgeable during the buying process. He explained the products available and was able to customize our new front door to meet our needs. There was no pressure at all and it was a very easy purchase process. The price was easily within our budget and the door quality is excellent. We are excited for our new front door and can’t wait to have it installed!
Such a great team and coordinated effort. Outstanding workmanship, easy process, knowledgeable team led by Justin made for a great experience. And did I say such an improved look with their windows? They live up to their outstanding reputation. VERY pleased!
10-2024: What about headache!!! It’s been 10 months of calling and complaining to get this company to fix their screw ups. And it’s still not done. They’ve sent 4 crews out here and each has made it worse than the last. It would be easier to pull teeth than to get them to call back with updates or schedule someone to come out to fix the mess they’ve created.
