We tried “for sale by owner” for almost a year when the real estate market in our area was extremely favorable to sellers because of a great local economy, housing shortage, and high demand. We got very few lookers and zero offers. When the global COVID pandemic hit, we knew we had to go to the experts. Felicia sold the house at a price we were satisfied with. She and her team are a pleasure to work with, and made the process “pain free”. Can’t recommend her highly enough, she’s got a customer for life.

Wow! Where do I start with Heather! She was such a blessing in our families life from the beginning of house hunting to the end. This can be such a scary process and so many questions we had of the unknown, but Heather was so knowledgeable. She was always available to help with any fears or questions from mortgage questions to house questions! I couldn’t have asked for a smoother house hunting experience. Felicia assisted with the acquisition of this house in 2007 prior to the financial crisis. This house was acquired as flip property; however, we were unable to sell the house after the rehab was completed. Felicia again assisted with finding a tenant to rent the house. Moreover, whenever we needed some assistance with or advice about the house, Felicia was always available the past 13 years. Felicia is an outstanding real estate professional and we would never consider using anyone else to buy or sell a house in Kenosha.

Mike was great from start to finish. We stumbled on him when looking to view a house and after a couple of quick conversations we decided to use him as our own agent. He maintained constant contact with us, gave us advice on where to look, what to look for, and points of negotiation. He helped us get a good deal on the house we ultimately purchased as well. Absolutely stellar service.

Michael was very professional and always available to us for any questions or concerns we had with the home-buying experience. He also was always willing to show homes to us at a moment's notice, whether it was only one home or multiple homes a day. When we had questions about our initial offer on a home, he gave us his honest opinion about what would allow us to be in the running, should there be another competing offer.
