Felicia is Amazing. She does an excellent job of listing to your needs and wants first before recommending a plan of action. She knows the market very well. I feel very confidant that if I did not use her I would have not gotten as much money as I did for selling my house and I feel like I got the best deal on the house that I bought because of her and her team. I can not recommend them enough.

Felicia, Sue and their whole team are absolutely wonderful! As stressful as it is selling a house they made everything go super smoothly. ANYTIME I had questions or concerns they followed up sooner than I expected. They treated my husband and I respectfully from beginning and beyond. The main reason I picked Felicia after looking at a few other realtors was that she did not reschedule or call me with excuses. Don't think twice... call Felicia!

Felicia and her team are simply the BEST. Felicia has this down to a science. Her team all works together to do all the work for you. I could text or call her any day at any time and she was immediately responsive. She literally takes all the stress and worry out of selling!
