Very professional with a great team. Excellent communication and follow. Having worked with businesses for over 45 years, I can see that she had the whole process from listing to closing nailed down perfectly. This was our 8th house we sold and this one was the easiest and best handled one. She and her team are very highly recommended by me.

We happened upon Felicia by chance and thank our lucky stars we did! We were looking to buy a lot, build a new home and sell our current home but we were very nervous about the process. I work with people for a living, and I have never met someone quite like Felicia! She is so outgoing and pleasant, and an absolute joy to be around! Her knowledge and desire to go above and beyond, make her stand head and shoulders above the rest. Words cannot describe how lucky we were to find and work with Felicia. We would highly recommend her to everyone. This was the second property Felicia sold for us in the past 5 months. We were relocated out of state and Felicia and her team (Sue) were wonderful to work with; their responsiveness and expert advice was invaluable while we could not be present for the sale of our properties. Realtors will often promise the world but not deliver. I am happy to say that Felicia was just the opposite. Her attention to detail and marketing expertise sold our condo on the lakefront in Kenosha much faster than anticipated. She went out of her way to make things easy since this was a second home and we weren't in the area to coordinate the preparation and listing. I would highly recommend Felicia. I don't know how she can have sold so many homes this year when we felt like we were her only clients.
