Realtors will often promise the world but not deliver. I am happy to say that Felicia was just the opposite. Her attention to detail and marketing expertise sold our condo on the lakefront in Kenosha much faster than anticipated. Felicia was great to work with!! She went out of her way to make sure we found the perfect house for our family! When it came time to put in an offer, she made sure we got a fair price and anything that we wanted in the contract. She was always very prompt with any answers we had, and is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with!!! If we move again we know exactly who to go with!!
