I've personally have purchase and sold both residential and commercial properties and I've never worked with an agent with such a love for what they do. Felicia was fantastic to work with! At this point we have not purchased a home as there is the potential we may be moving, however, if we decide to stay in the Kenosha area, we will most definitely be working with Felicia again! She was knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and looked out for both what we were looking for and what fit in our budget. Felicia is AMAZING! She was always available to answer our (many) questions any time of the day. Our buying situation was a little out of the ordinary, but she found us our dream home. Felicia was on top of everthing and very professional throughout the entire home building process. She helped us select the subdivison, lot, and style of our home.
