Our experience with Felicia from the first meeting to our closing was fantastic! She stayed in touch with us on a regular basis even if it was to check in to see how we were doing thru the process. Felicia responded to our calls & messages promptly every time; made us feel like a priority even if it was a simple question or concern. I was living in Virginia when I got a job offer in the northern Illinios area. I began to look online for houses and realtors and reviews for Felicia were good so I wrote her an email and left my call back number so we could talk. Within 5 minutes of me hitting send she called. Anyone who has ever searched for a home knows just how time consuming and stressful it can be find the right place. Felicia removed a great deal of the stress and time out of the process. Our family has grown and we were looking for a larger, upgraded home, but we were having a difficult time finding the right location. I have worked with Felicia on both sides of the specrum, selling and buying, and was completley impressed with the way she conducts herself. When selling our homes she was always on top of things. Constantly giving updates and suggestions. When we were purchasing properties she always made herself available to show us around and answer any questions that we had.
