Felicia is a very thoughtful, considerate and most importanly, a customer service focused real estate agent. She helped me and my wife find our new home on a very tight timeline. She went out of her way to accommodate us, i.e. set -up baby sitting for our grandson while we looked at homes. I don't know of any other agent that would do something like this for their clients.
