I've been a resident of Fenner Ridge for 7 months now. With this project just being built there are obviously some adjustments that needed to be made, but we are all learning together. And I really appreciate the fact that my neighbors are great, and so is maintenance & staff! I was blessed to speak at our grand opening back in Nov. What a wonderful opportunity to share gratitude with the presidents, ceos, community manager, regional manager, and so many wonderful people, who made this affordable housing project possible!
The maintenance man does the best he can with the limited supplies he has to work with. Still waiting for the company who did construction to rehang the doors. Units are not energy efficient at all allowing loss of heat due to large gaps in outer doors.
I'm in love with this place!!
