They taller guy running the cash register is incredibly rude and short to the customers. Made us feel very unwelcomed in the store and like we were a burden. Will not be going back.
I was told by a sales person they had everything in stock. So I called the night before to pay for the washer I wanted and was told they did not keep that model in stock. My husband and uncle had taken time off work and cleared schedules so they could pick it up the next day. So the sales guy said they would order one. This was a Thursday and he said there were 60 in stock, but they didn't place orders until Tuesday. This made no sense to me to wait to order but he seemed to know what he was doing. Whether we purchased appliances, doors for our home, kitchen cabinets, casements or products in their hardware store, each department has extremely competent and knowledgeable employees who are more than willing to go above and beyond to take care of your needs.
We were looking for a washer & dryer. The salesman helping us was Mike. We were impressed with his excellent customer service skills and appreciated his good nature and sense of humor too! We found the perfect set & we love it! The delivery men were really great & everything went smoothly. Our shopping experience at Fergus Home and Hardware was a very good one. Thanks so much!
