I get that they are just a drop of for ups but the fact that I couldn’t get two pieces of tape to put the label on my return seems ridiculous! As a person that works in customer service/care it seems that it would be wise to make peoples experience positive so that they come back and purchase product from your store.
We had a great experience with getting carpet installed by Fergus Home and hardware. The crew that was sent out did a great job, was thoughtful in how they kept everything clean and organized! I would have them do another job again!
Shari totally delivered! This was the best experience! Wanted a side table to my outdoor furniture, she ordered it, assembled it and gave me a local discount! She made this purchase seemless ! I would totally recommend shari and Fergus home and hardware!
