Great, professional service A relative in the construction biz recommended Ferguson when our furnace needed service. Brandon was the HVAC tech who came out and he provided a detailed explanation of the problem, his recommendations for the solution, and a bit about how the system works overall. Felt like we were in good hands and will go to Ferguson again in the future.
