I am very happy with the new HVAC system from Ferguson Heating and Air. The salesman, Chuck, has many years of experience installing HVAC systems himself. He was great about explaining all of the options and giving me enough information to do a cost benefit analysis on various systems. He went over the payback period on different sizes of systems, heat pump vs. traditional heating and air systems, and whether to replace the upstairs unit at the same time as the downstairs unit. I recently set up a yearly maintenance contract with Ferguson Heating and Air. The service tech was on time and efficient. In my case, they didn't have a filter for the size required for my HVAC system, but agreed to order it (no extra charge).

Very hard working people and so very polite. My neighbor recommended them and so glad he did because I had originally gotten a quote from Coolray who for one, weren't very professional, didn't care about my concerns, and seemed to only want to replace my entire unit which would've been 6k+. Ferguson was instead able to give me a couple options for when my AC went out last year, one that was more of a short term solution and under $500, and the other being a solid fix at ~$2k. Exceptional company to work with!! Kelly and Nolan just left after diagnosing our AC that had stopped working. We called this morning and they were here within 5 hours...so fast! Nolan figured out what was wrong and Kelly did an incredible job explaining to me what happened and how they fixed it. The service charge was insanely reasonable for the service they gave. This company ROCKS!!!! I hate calling service companies, first they charge way to much, 2nd because I am female they act like I am incapable of know anything about my house. Let me tell you Ferguson is NOT that way at all. I dealt with Benny, and he was professional, thorough, and he notified me of status all along the way. Bought a high end Carrier system from Ferguson that was about 3 years old. The system would not power on Saturday around 6PM. The temperature was extremely hot outside. Called Ferguson to schedule a service call. Left a message with the after hours technician. Did not receive a response until the next day and was informed he would not be able to come out and to call the office on Monday. My complaint against this company is not about their service. That part was fine, but the price I was charged to replace a $17 capacitor is ridiculous. I am glad they were able to respond in a timely manner, but I will not use them again nor recommend them to others. People in the service business need to understand how much they hurt themselves for repeat business when they overcharge for simple fixes.
