If you need service for either plumbing heating & air I cannot recommend Ferris Plumbing & HVAC enough!!! Came and performed service with less then 24 hour notice let me know when they were on there way showed up on time respected the area they were working in! Two very friendly guys that did an amazing job installing my brand new water heater! Thanks so much from me and Kevin! P.s they also love dogs which was awesome with my black lab being at home! Our hot water heater went out right before the snow storm. Ferris had an appointment set and a technician out the door the next morning and had us up and running in a few hours. Nick Lortie did an incredible job and had a great attitude and explained stuff to us as new home owners. Highly recommend! Before and After photos included.
Jonah was great in braving the weather and getting to us to restore the heat and hot water in our house. He was so polite and explained what was going on as he fixed our boiler. So thankful to him and Ferris for answering the call when we were in need and look forward to having the back here to maintain our boiler and fix future issues with our heating system. A shout out to Ferris Plumbing and Heating! With the recent freezing temperatures, our daughter left our garage door open overnight without us realizing it and the pipes to our kitchen sink were affected. When when we tried thawing them, the pipe burst, luckily only leaking into our garage, under the kitchen. We had to turn the water off to the whole house. Ferris Plumbing replaced our old (50+ year) boiler with a new high efficiency system. They were very professional. I would even get email updates with the pictures of the team members who would be working at my home. The finished installation looks amazing and works great.They hauled away all the old equipment.
