I loved it when it was Fertility solutions was by itself, they were so personable and professional. Since the merge, I’ve become nothing but a number. The front desk is incredibly rude and unhelpful every time I call. They made me create a whole “New Patient” profile, because they couldn’t “locate” my previous records. 3 months later, we were able to access our previous records….🫠. I recommend going someplace else for your fertility needs. Me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant for a year and decided to seek a fertility doctor. I had already had some basic hormone tests done with my OBGYN and nothing was abnormal. But my husband had done some tests that prompted him to want more tests done.
