I never write reviews but if you’re new to all this like me, I feel like I need to warn people. I had a horrible experience every step of the way. My first consultation over the phone Dr. Patel was nice but very pushy on IVF even after explaining why I want to do IUI. Basically acted like IVF is the only option which for my case is very much not true. I have been a patient of Dr Patel's twice. During our first round 4yrs ago, I had an amazing experience with the staff and doctor. I'm currently pregnant now and my issue is with the billing dept. I received a bill at the beginning of 2024 for labs that were drawn in 2023 over $1k. I tried contacting them through my portal several times with no response. I cannot express enough how much I love Dr. Patel and his entire staff. After 8+ years of trying, we were able to get pregnant on our first round of IVF and we could not be happier!! We were absolutely taken care of by everyone including Lauren, Kirsten, Jaci, Heather, Clarissa, Marci and Julia. Honestly such an amazing team and I could not say enough good things!
If it wasn’t for Dr Patel I wouldn’t be a mom. Going through infertility was hard and making the decision to consult a fertility specialist was just as hard. However when I met Dr Patel and his team I was put at ease. They made this process so much easier and because of his expertise I welcomed my miracle baby 2/15/2024. THANK YOU.
