I have been a patient of Dr Patel's twice. During our first round 4yrs ago, I had an amazing experience with the staff and doctor. I'm currently pregnant now and my issue is with the billing dept. I received a bill at the beginning of 2024 for labs that were drawn in 2023 over $1k. I tried contacting them through my portal several times with no response. If it wasn’t for Dr Patel I wouldn’t be a mom. Going through infertility was hard and making the decision to consult a fertility specialist was just as hard. However when I met Dr Patel and his team I was put at ease. They made this process so much easier and because of his expertise I welcomed my miracle baby 2/15/2024. THANK YOU.
While I really felt like Dr. Patel was knowledgeable, their office was nice, and the team was kind - this was an extreme waste of my money. I was able to get pregnant with my first child in 2023 with adjustment of my thyroid and prolactin levels. Upon coming to Dr. Patel to get pregnant with my second child, I informed them of what my history was, what worked last time, and was looking just to get those few levels in line. We Absolutely loved Dr. Patel! The problem is with the financial team they were unable to file a simple claim
I cannot express enough how much I love Dr. Patel and his entire staff. After 8+ years of trying, we were able to get pregnant on our first round of IVF and we could not be happier!! We were absolutely taken care of by everyone including Lauren, Kirsten, Jaci, Heather, Clarissa, Marci and Julia. Honestly such an amazing team and I could not say enough good things!
