Had a great experience with Dr. Shamonki. Previously, I was PCFLA and it felt like a fertility factory. It was night and day coming to FSAC. Dr. Shamonki is so kind and patient. Personally gave me a call about my test results and always took the time to explain everything and my options in detail. Everyone in the office was always so welcoming and never made me feel rushed. Huge thanks to all the nurses & LaKeisha as well!
Went here for an initial consultation (which went well) but I was very unhappy with the followup. My husband and I did a carrier screening while there and was told the maximum price would be $500 per person but likely less. A few weeks later we receive bills for over $900 per person. Then we were told we would not pay out of pocket for the initial consultation yet we received bills in the mail and every time I call the billing department back I can't get any explanation, just pay it or they send me to collections. I recently visited Fertility & Surgical twice and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Mehr and the entire staff are truly amazing to work with. They made me feel at ease and well cared for throughout the process. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone ready to explore fertility options and begin their family planning journey. It's really nice to have a sonogram, blood & urine test onsite and getting it done right away.
