I have been a patient with festival animal clinic for about 7 years. I’m not sure if ownership has changed (feels like it was bought by a profit focused private equity firm) but this is NOT the clinic it used to be. It also seems based on reviews others share this experience. It has been nothing but issues with Festival animal clinic for the past year. First it was with a MAJOR misdiagnosis. We have had our sweet girl in several times for anal gland issues and we are once again here again and my poor girl is scared to death! We always hate this for our fur babies but Dr Costello Is absolutely precious with her, and I appreciate everyone’s compassion!
Sadly, we had to put our doggy down and the staff at Festival was so caring and compassionate. They helped us from the time we parked and had to carry our 145 lbs girl inside. They provided us with everything and then some. Our whole family felt very comfortable there. Thank you to everyone there
We receive such incredible care for our pets at Festival Animal Clinic. From the front desk staff , with Karen and Debbie , to all the vet techs and all the veterinary doctors. We trust them with all of our pets for all of their needs and whatever else comes up in between! We love you Festival !!
I am so grateful to the staff at Festival. I had to euthanize my cat and the support I received was much appreciated. There were many little touches to help with the process and staff members who I've been working with for the past several years stopped by the room to offer concolences. Dr. Leenerts was off but the relief vet was kind, informative and affirming.
