I’ve taken my pets to Festival Animal Clinic for many years, and my experience with the receptionists, the technicians and Dr. Leenertz has always been wonderful. More recently, Dr. Halbrook has impressed me with her knowledge and gentle approach with my dog. Everyone here loves animals, and it shows in their care!
Dr. Rob is simply the best. He’s an excellent listener and non judgmental. Debbie the receptionist was simply lovely. She is very personable and competent. The medical assistant is very good with my dog Honey. She did a great job cleaning out Honey’s ears. The exam room was clean and didn’t like smell. I got in and out in great time.
Vet, Dr. Leenerts, is great with my difficult dog. Pup has done well with management of his medical concerns. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Would not consider going anywhere else for pet care.
Very attentive staff. Vet’s and Tech’s very professional, detailed oriented, and courteous. Dedication of the Vet's and staff helps keep my Labrador Retriever in good health so she can perform at her best in the field.
Festival is always so accurate on time and professional. The quotes they give are almost to the Dollar. They are friendly and willing to help out when you have silly questions and the vets and vet techs are amazing. Did I say how much I love the front desk staff?
