RecommendedI had Fichtner come out to give me an estimate to replace the soffits and fascia on my house to keep out racoons. Another company had told me that all of it had to be replaced and would cost me $5600. Steve told me that there is nothing wrong with the soffits and fascia and gave me recommendations on how to move forward without my having to replace anything! Because of his honesty, and since he didn't take advantage of me, Steve will be my first call when it's time for a new roof in a couple of years.

RecommendedTom the owner came out and did our estimate. He was very thorough and explained all of our options to us. He got on the roof and measured (out of 6 estimates we got, he was one of two who actually did this- others rely on a software that takes areal photos and Tom said that can lead to excess materials or worse, not enough being ordered and projects being delayed).
