I recently requested an estimate on several large services (roof, 4 new sliders, box window seal, gutters and anything additional I may need and they could do). Estimate was scheduled but they never showed. When I called Megan who set up the appointment she fumbled around on the phone trying to look for my email all while chewing her food in my ear (I get it, it's lunch time but really?).
