We closed with Fidelity and were initially frustrated by a $200 charge to hold our property tax funds—especially since they also earned interest on that money. It felt unfair, and we were pretty upset. However, Fidelity followed up, took our concerns seriously, and made things right. We appreciate the effort they made to resolve the issue.
We closed with Fidelity National Title in the summer. We had some problems with their organization. They forgot to send us the deed; I called back a few months later and received a lot of attitude from Pam who tried to shift the blame to USPS. We closed with this company today, and it was one of the worst experiences ever. There was a delay with the wire transfer, and I was doing everything possible to speed up the process. However, the closer was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude. I understand that I am not their direct client and that the delay was due to miscommunication, but the way they handled it made me feel as if I had committed a crime. This is not the way to treat a buyer or earn business. Peace to you!
Whom ever PAMELA is at the Naperville Office is.. Has to be the RUDEST Unprofessional person I have ever spoke with. you dont need to raise your voice and interrupt me all i wanted was conformation on a email i sent a week earlier.. Absolutely No reason for this encounter....
