I have never used a more helpful and accommodating title company in all of the transactions I've gone through. Kathy Erickson and Karen Fabio in particular were very helpful. On two occasions they went above and beyond what was expected. First, I needed a notarized signature from a party who was house bound - they made time in their busy schedules to drive over to that person's home and obtain the needed signature.
