After so much run around from 2 other title companies Fidelity National Title did what to me was looking impossible. Alex and Christina were extraordinary. They were super attentive and stayed in consistent communication with us at all times. What also appreciated was the fact that they took the time to explain to us exactly what and why every step. A shot out also to Jayson very sweet girl. Service was 100% Thank you yall so much for everything yall did for us.
Shocking how incompetent Kelsey Reilly is. If she shows up as your escrow officer, run for your life and find a way to have someone else deal with your property. Not only does she not respond and sloppily goes about her business, but she is so unapologetically rude and nasty to you. Kelsey made mistake after mistake after mistake and then barked at me when I questioned it. This is not what a home buying experience should be.
Alex Armas and her team did an amazing job closing our client’s home! Wendy Trahan from The Woodlands office is great to work with. Our loan process got a hiccup, but Wendy was patient. I have worked with Wendy Trahan at Fidelity title in the Woodlands TX multiple times. I was reminded late last week how phenomenal they are! We had a CTC on a loan at a different title company, that couldn't close the loan. Asked the client to use my preferred title company to give us a shot. Wendy and her team went to work and within just a few days of calling it is now closed and funded! They keep earning my business time after time!!!
