This company did not send out the checks for 2 weeks after closing, did not respond to any of the emails from the buyer nor the lender. So if you have a timely deal, such as closing a home purchase, you should avoid this company if possible. I closed a deal on 06/10, and on 06/24 was getting emails from my lender(in behalf of my home insurance) and HOA that the checks never arrived, and that they are not hearing back from Fidelity National Title.
