Fidelity National Title and Kevin Byrne were fantastic to work with. They were punctual and consistently available throughout the transaction. Kevin conducted one of the best closings I’ve experienced — explaining the documents in a calm, clear way that truly helped my first-time homebuyers feel comfortable and confident. Overall, Kevin and his team delivered exceptional service. I highly recommend them.
Do not, under any circumstances, use Fidelity National Title. This title company did process payments sent to them for HoA dues, property taxes, insurance, or agent fees. This caused immense stress and frustration over a six week period. They are negligent, incompetent, and a danger to anyone who works with them.
