It's great having an arcade in Bastrop, but man do you lose some money on all the games that are broken, but not labeled as such. Plus, there's rarely anyone available to fix the games, or refund you all the money you lose on the broken games. This arcade would be so much nicer if they just assigned someone to help, especially on the weekend.
This time we went to the Karaoke event to hear our grandsons sing. We had dinner there. Some of the best burgers we have ever ate. Great service. In the past the kids have bowled. That was great fun. We have been to the movies there many times. Gaming room is great! Great place for family fun!
This is the first time we've been here and we both really liked it! They have a nice selection of movies and I was really surprised to find that it also has a bowling alley plus, I think, maybe some arcade stuff. They also serve food directly to people in the movie theater. Wish we would have known that ahead of time so we could have ordered, too! Now we know! Clean restrooms as well. We had fun!
This place is in general is a really fun place, at least that was from my son's words although when he went to go watch the movie Scream 7, which is rated R, he and his friends got kicked out, now I see why they did this, as the are 16-17,and therefore need to be accompanied by an adult to see the movie, but they denied the kid that paid $112 just for the tickets for 7 kids, and they said that him and his friends weren't being sincere about their age, even though they didn't say anything about their age, and that's why they ... read more
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experiences at this movie theater. Despite multiple attempts to contact the manager, I have not received a response. I purchased six tickets for 'Scream' for tomorrow, but unfortunately, I made an error in the date. I need to exchange these tickets for a different date or receive a refund, but I have been unable to get any assistance.
