We went with our kids to see Zootopia 2 and had a great time. The popcorn was fresh, the seats are comfortable and of course we had to stop by the arcade after the movie. Everything is new and clean. The staff were all friendly. We didn’t have time to try the bowling but we’ll definitely be back!
Business seemed slow but the food and overall experience was A+! My son lost his card for the arcade which had like $50 on it but the arcade guy was able to help him find it (thank god)! Can’t remember his name but he was really tall!
Great theater and entertainment venue where you can catch a movie and hangout afterwards. They have video games, a bowling alley, along with big screen TVs. The cool thing is you can order from your movie theater seat by scanning the QR code and they will bring your food to you. The menu is extensive.
Had an amazing experience at Film Alley! The theater was clean, the atmosphere was fun, and everything felt well organized from start to finish. The staff truly made the difference—especially Antony, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, and that level of customer service really stood out. Comfortable seating, great sound, and a welcoming vibe all around. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Really glad to have a theater back in this location. The staff here is very wonderful, at least of the ones my husband and I have gotten to spend time with. They're definitely working out kinks of being here, but are listening, trying, and in my opinion, working out well (We have been opening night, Thanksgiving week, and Christmas, among normal evenings, so I feel this is a good span of varied possibility for customer service to have experienced). I look forward to this place being a neighborhood staple.
