We had to come here from out of town because it was the only theater showing the movie we wanted to see at the time we wanted to see it. I liked it for that. The theater had not been cleaned when we walked in. I went to find someone to clean it and asked an employee in the hallway who was actually on their way to clean it right then. They get 1 star for having skee ball and zero for cleanliness and food sanitation. The bathrooms never have toilet paper and are gross. EVERY. TIME. the food has made us sick or not shown up at all. Not sure what the problem is but it could be management not managing this location. Sucks because its the only one in gtown but we drive to Flix in RR now which is phenomenal compared to this dirty place.
Food affordable and decent, but did not come after hour so I had to miss part of the movie to see what had happened, wait for girl to ask in the back and for them to find my ticket, and then wait for them to make the food. Bathroom very dirty. Reclining chairs awesome.😏
Quietest theater around. Bring grandma here so she can take naps. You won't wake the baby. The aliens won't attack here because it's A Quiet Place. Do you know when you get that new sound system and forget to connect the subwoofer? Sounds like an ant yelling in a tin can. I'm blown away how they don't care about the sound and haven't taken action to dial it up. Seriously, are you guys running a nursing home in the back? What time is applesauce?
We tried the Film Alley movie theater for the first time this past weekend. I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews, but everything went smoothly! I think the trick is to order your food as soon as possible. We got to the theatre 30 minutes before our movie began and ordered food right away at the counter. All of the staff was friendly.
